How do I order replacement parts?
Contact us directly via email or phone with your stove model and the part you need. We maintain parts inventory going back decades. Most common parts (burner valves, o-rings, windscreen panels) are in stock and ship within 2-3 business days.
Can I repair my stove in the field?
Yes. That's exactly what they're designed for. Every stove can be disassembled with basic tools (screwdriver, wrench). Our repair kits include the most common replacement parts and instructions. Most repairs take under 30 minutes.
What is included with my stove?
Every Cook Partner stove ships with: the stove unit with windscreens, a 5-foot propane hose, a high-pressure regulator, and basic setup instructions. No surprises, no extra purchases needed to start cooking.
What sice propane tanks do the stoves use?
Standard propane tanks 20lb tanks or larger/smaller. The included regulator works with any standard POL thread tank. We also sell adapters for 1lb green tanks.
How do I know what stove to buy?
Solo or duo trips: 1 or 2 burner stoves. Groups of 4-6: 3 or 4 burner stoves. Commercial or expedition use: 6 burner stoves. Width matters too! Wider stoves fit larger pots. When in doubt, contact us. We'll ask what you're cooking and help you pick the right model.
Do the stoves work at high altitude?
Yes. The burner design compensates for thinner air. We've had users running these at 10,000+ feet with no issues. Wind is more of a factor than altitude that's why windscreens are standard.
What is the warranty?
We don't do formal warranty periods. If something fails due to manufacturing defect, we'll make it right. If something breaks from use (which happens after years of field service), we sell the parts to fix it. We're not looking for loopholes; we're looking for long-term customers.
Can I talk to a person?
Yes. Call during business hours (Mountain Time) or email anytime. You'll reach someone who actually works with the gear, not a call center script reader.
