  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the package is delivered to the shipping carrier

7. International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes (GST, VAT, etc.)
  • Brokerage and clearance fees

Partner Steel is not responsible for delays, additional fees, or rejected shipments due to customs regulations.


8. Sales Tax

11. Stove Warranty & Returns

Partner Steel products are designed for long-term durability and field repair. Our stoves are built to last and are supported with serviceable parts rather than disposable replacements.

Warranty Coverage

We warrant our stoves and components against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Structural or weld failures
  • Defective burners or components upon arrival

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic wear, including scratches, discoloration, or heat marks
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Rust on older non-stainless components
  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper setup
  • Use of incompatible fuel systems or third-party accessories

Repair Policy

Partner Steel prioritizes repair over replacement. Support may include:

  • Providing replacement parts
  • Troubleshooting issues directly with the customer
  • Offering in-house repairs when appropriate

Many Partner Steel products remain in service for decades, and we maintain parts inventory to support long-term use.

Returns

  • All returns must be approved in advance
  • Restocking fees where applicable
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Custom or special-order products are non-refundable
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective

12. Shipping Damage & Repair Policy

Shipping Damage

If an item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us as soon as possible
  2. Provide photos of the product and packaging
  3. Retain all packaging materials until the claim is reviewed

We will evaluate the situation and may:

  • File a claim with the shipping carrier
  • Provide replacement parts or products
  • Work to resolve the issue in a timely manner

Defective Components

If a component such as a hose, regulator, or fitting arrives defective or develops a leak:

  • Discontinue use if unsafe
  • Contact us with details and photos
  • We will assist with troubleshooting and provide replacements when appropriate

Repairs

Partner Steel products are designed to be repairable. We may:

  • Provide replacement parts for field repair
  • Offer troubleshooting assistance
  • Accept products for in-house repair

All returned items must be clean and safe to handle before being accepted for service.


Limitations

We do not cover:

  • Damage caused during use, including drops or improper setup
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Shipping damage not reported within a reasonable timeframe

13. Payment Terms

We accept approved payment methods listed on our website. Payment must be completed prior to shipment.


14. Void Where Prohibited

Products and services may not be available in all locations. Partner Steel reserves the right to restrict sales by geographic region or jurisdiction.


15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Idaho. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.


16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Partner Steel and supersede all prior communications, whether electronic, oral, or written. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
